Did you know that gardening is beneficial for your health?

 

There is plenty of evidence to support the therapeutic effects of gardening, particularly for those suffering from mental health issues, recovering from illness, or who are lonely and want to engage in an activity in which they can be surrounded by others.

Not everyone has a garden or access to a garden in which to take advantage of these advantages, but those who do can reap the benefits.
